While I was in Chicago, the smoke detectors in the house were going off - you and your pack member Sean took the initiative to call the fire department, volunteered to call an electrician to rectify the problem, coordinated logistics and most importantly, ensured that my dog Charlie didn't go into an unsafe house. Jason goes above and beyond! He saved the lives of Star, Cody, and Baily and our whole family. The first time Jason was in charge tells all. We were out of town, 2 hours away without cell service and Jason’s talents were surely tested. After not being able to reach us he called 911 because he detected an odor. Weeks before, we had dismissed the outside odor after having the gas company to our home and they assured us they could not detect anything. When the Fire Department arrived, carbon dioxide levels were off the charts. Jason moved Cody, Baily and Star to a safe place and stuck around till everything was under control. This all took place during a major snowstorm. The gas company emergency crew arrived, they fixed

the problem and all three dogs were spoiled with Jason’s attention till we returned! Jason even shoveled a path in the snow including an area for the dogs to be outside. We are indebted to Jason for saving the lives of our 3 dogs and without his quick thinking we would not of been so fortunate! When with Jason, your pets, your home and your family are in safe hands!

As you know, I have had six other dog walkers in the past for my two 120 lb. Alaskan Malamutes, these people have run the gamut as far as not showing up, taking my money and never returning and basically quitting in the middle of the job because it was just too hard to walk big dogs.

Your price was quite high when we initially spoke over the phone, but after two weeks of walking my dogs I would pay twice the price for your knowledge, empathy and devotion to my situation.

We have used Jason Hofmann to walk our dogs for about one year now. In this time, he has never missed a day or cancelled on us for any reason. We have called on him many times with little, if any notice, and he has been able to respond immediately and offer us the help we needed with our pets. From the time he met our animals, he made an effort to bond and connect with them. We also have one cat which Jason takes time to interact with each day he comes by, just because he likes her so much!
Jason has stayed in our home overnight to care for our animals while we were away, and his careful attention is second-to-none. Quite simply, Jason is the most reliable, trustworthy and dedicated caretaker of our animals that I could ever imagine hiring.
